WHY DO RENDERINGS?

Stated simply, save money and deliver a better final product.

The average kitchen remodel can run anywhere between $15,000 and $50,000. In fact, it would not be unusual to see cost even higher than $50,000. The same can be said with a home addition/extension, which can typically run over $100,000. And as for new home constructions, these costs usually exceed $400,000.

Typically, home owners have to imagine how something will look before they build it, and hope that it turns out the way they wished. While in some cases they may get flat architectural drawings that give a very narrow idea of how something may look, it just doesn’t come close to helping the home owner see what the final product would look like. All too often, after the project is complete, something is off, whether it’s the color, the layout, or unexpected tight spaces. Fixing these “mistakes” can often be costly, resulting all too often in the home owner settling with what they have, after having spent all that money! Had the home owner been able to see a photorealistic rendering of their project beforehand, these costly mistakes would have easily been avoided.

By utilizing our service, the home owner essentially spends roughly the same amount of money as before, but ends up with a much better outcome, an outcome with no surprises! Then add team@95th3d.com as collaborators on that board.

Step 4

We’ll provide formal quote for you to sign off on. Most quotes will follow the following pricing model and require a 30% deposit after approval of rough rendering (step 5):

After completing the initial model and reviewing it with you,well provide a formal quote for you to sign off on; a deposit will be required to proceed. The quote will specify the expected cost for each initial render off of a built model, as well as the cost for each subsequent render showing additional views off the same model. Step 5

Provide you rough render that shows essential aspects of your project such as room size, door/window placement, exterior material selection, etc.

You will also select time of day you’d like to render (e.g. morning, afternoon, or evening), and precise vantage point(s) you’d like to see.

Step 6

Receive your final photorealistic render within 3 days!

Headquartered out of Chicago, 95th 3D is the creation of Almas K. and Lana Z. The partnership was the product of a long working relationship on multiple projects, that resulted in a fine tuned process that delivered a high quality work product at affordable prices.

Most high quality 3D rendering services are too costly for the average home owner, which in effect limits the benefits of this service to a select few. The goal of 95th 3D is to bring this capability to the masses, allowing them to visualize their projects before completion, thus enabling them to catch mistakes or unwanted outcomes before it is built and often too costly to correct.

Almas will be your project manager and guide throughout the process, helping you communicate your wants so that you can get the most out of each render. She’ll help you determine what kind of renders would be most helpful to you, what views/angles make the most sense, and help you collect the best sample images that can help in communicating your desired “look and feel”.

Lana will work diligently to take the information form your meetings with Almas to produce your initial rough version, and then ultimately your final photorealistic rendering. With both an architectural and 3d rendering background, Lana can bring extensive experience to ensure you have both a beautiful and architecturally sound final product!
