Provide Layout

For interior rooms, provide room dimensions,ceiling height,and location of any opening like doors and windows.

Step 3

Free 30 minute consultation to review your sample images.

Your concept samples provided via 3 methods:

1) Email Images to team@95th3d.com

2) Create a Houzz board for each render project you wish to do.
Then add team@95th3d.com as collaborators on that board.

3) Create a Pinterest board for each render project you wish to do.
Then invite team@95th3d.com to that board.

Step 4

We’ll provide formal quote for you to sign off on. Most quotes will follow the following pricing model and require a 30% deposit after approval of rough rendering (step 5):

After completing the initial model and reviewing it with you,well provide a formal quote for you to sign off on; a deposit will be required to proceed. The quote will specify the expected cost for each initial render off of a built model, as well as the cost for each subsequent render showing additional views off the same model. See our pricing sheet for more detailed information

Step 5

Provide you rough render that shows essential aspects of your project such as room size, door/window placement, exterior material selection, etc.

You will also select time of day you’d like to render (e.g. morning, afternoon, or evening), and precise vantage point(s) you’d like to see.


Step 6

Receive your final photorealistic render within 3 days!
